2. Wednesday Order Deadline
Please send us your half-box and full-box order lists before Wednesday’s deadline so we can make sure everything is included.
3. COA & Endotoxin Report Library
We review and provide the available COA and endotoxin documentation before anything is shipped or posted to the website.
We have traditionally printed the reports and included them in your envelope, but we are now building a complete online library—because apparently printers and I are no longer on speaking terms.
The library will include every available report from past and current group orders and is expected to be complete Tuesday.
If you need a report from the most recent group order and did not receive it by email, please text or email me directly during the transition.
A Quick Note for Anyone New (And learning the ropes)to the Research Community
If you’re new to this space—welcome! We genuinely enjoy helping people understand how the ordering process works, where to find documentation, and what to expect.
Questions are always welcome. If you’re unsure about something, just ask. We’re happy to explain our policies and point you in the right direction.
That said, there is an important line we cannot cross.
Current compliance requirements do not allow us to provide guidance related to personal use, dosing, reconstitution, administration, or other medical advice.
Our goal has always been simple: provide highest quality, independently tested research products at affordable prices and make research accessible to everyone interested in doing the work while maintaining the highest compliance standards possible in a rapidly changing space.
If someone repeatedly asks us to violate those requirements or refuses to respect those boundaries after they’ve been explained, we simply will not respond and won’t be able to continue doing business together. We go above and beyond for you - please respect all professionals in the research space.
