Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and sealed, in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at gspeptides@outlook.com with your order number. Approved returns must be sent to: Good Science LLC, 155 West Loucks Street, Sheridan, WY 82801. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping and fees
A flat return shipping fee of $15.00 applies to approved returns. There is no restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace it or refund it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Opened or unsealed products, custom-labeled orders, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and tell you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact gspeptides@outlook.com.
